Calls, Messages, and Promotional Communication

By using SkillKrew, you agree that we may send service-related calls, SMS, WhatsApp messages, push notifications, and emails for booking confirmation, service updates, OTP verification, invoice delivery, warranty follow-up, and support resolution.

We may also send promotional messages about offers, AMC plans, seasonal campaigns, and new categories, subject to your preferences and applicable law.

  • Opting out of promotional communication does not affect essential booking and support communication.

Payment and Financial Data

SkillKrew does not intentionally store complete card credentials on its own systems unless explicitly handled through compliant payment workflows. Online payments are generally processed through authorized payment gateways and banking partners.
